First week in San Pablo!

This week has been quite amazing, I got assigned to the Calamba. Calamba is an amazing area, with some extremely kind and charitable people, we have about 13 people that we are teaching right now and they are all very nice and wonderful people. Besides the new area a lot has happened this week, in the MTC we had a last few days of preparing to leave and saying goodbyes, then on Wednesday morning I had to wake up at 4:30 and leave my companion sleeping to go meet up with the people going to San Pablo and head out. We stayed in the mission home for a little while, and the feed us well, then we went to a hotel to spend the night and the next morning we were assigned to our trainers, I was assigned with Elder Zundel from California, who is about to hit his one year mark. My companion has been pretty cool and is helping me learn how to be a missionary. Also on Tuesday we had balut again, (I apologize for the video of the first time that I ate balut as I found out the next week that no one was able to watch it, hopefully I will be able to send you a video next week of my 2nd time trying balut, and as for now I will link pictures) and this time I tried it with salt and it actually tasted really good. I hope you had a good past week and I wish you a good upcoming week.
sincerely
Elder Fugal
