This past week there has been a lot of changes and there will continue to be more, as this Thursday I will officially finish my training, which means either me or my companion is almost definitely transferring. Also my companion and I stay in an apartment with two other missionaries and one went home this Sunday which was really weird to see, as I had seen him every day for the past 12 weeks and suddenly he's gone. So this week is the end of a somewhat static period in the ward I'm in as both missionary companionships in the ward are switching up. I'm both excited for the next stage of my mission to start, and also nervous I will no longer by a trainee. Another thing that happened this week is I baptized someone for the first time! It was someone the other elders in our apartment were teaching, so I didn't know the person too well, but it was still cool to do that for the first time, the other elders had three people they were teaching get baptized on Saturday, so it was a great experience. Other than that this week has been really good, my companion said a lot of goodbyes to members and people we are teaching as he's most likely leaving, but after yesterday I think that he will stay because everyone was acting like it is set in stone that he's leaving this Thursday; it was pretty funny watching him try to explain that we just think he's leaving but we don't yet know, a lot of people also thought that he was going home. I hope everyone else has had a great week!
Sincerely, Elder Fugal
