This week has been really great, we had a baptism on Saturday, where we baptized the father of the family we baptized when I just got here, so it's great to see the full family all be able to join the church together. What made it even better is that the mother of that family (sis. Derpo) referred her sister and her sisters full family, and than that family told us they all wanted to be baptized as well! We actually had to refuse the date they asked if they could baptized on because it was too soon for us to be able to finish the lessons. There's another family that Elder Hatch and Elder Zundel had baptized the two sons of, and on Saturday they said that they had another brother that wanted to be baptized as well. Apparently in the Philippines there is a tradition that sometimes the oldest child of a family will be raised by their grandparents since the parents don't yet have enough money, which is what happened here, so we were very surprised when a family of 4 had a 5th member, that we and the Branch president didn't know about, that wants to be baptized. So this has definitely been a crazy and very cool week. I hope you all had an amazing week as well.
Sincerely Elder Fugal
P.S. my camera SD card got a virus from this computer shop so I might not send very many pictures anytime soon, but I did get pictures of the past Two Baptisms from another MIssionary in my apartment, Elder Ward.
